Please complete the following procedure,

1. Fill in an application form in the service counter (Volunteers Services)
2. Submit your application form to the window and hand in the stuff for your friends or relatives here to the staff. (One-Stop Service Provided)
3. Once the Steps 1 and 2 are completed, the center will divide visitors into several groups and give each of you a window number. Then, the center staff will allow a group to enter the reception room and visitors sit by the only window which is consistent with your number assigned by us to see your friends or relatives.

The center will accept your application and registration at the following two periods,

• 8:00 a.m.~11:00 a.m.
• 1:30 p.m.~4:00 p.m.
