"We take care of your living need, and you have to obey our discipline seriously." Every month we hold inmates' self-criticism meeting for their living and work and discipline them standing on the meeting reports. We respect human rights, and teach them to have the sense of shame. Therefore, they could automatically be aware of the rules and obey them. Instead of the punishment,we persuade them and know that our example is better than precept. We enthusiastically make them change better and get with the social life again.
