On the afternoon of Wednesday, May 14, Taichung Detention Center invited Mr. Lü Shih‑Chun, Deputy Secretary‑General of the Compassionate Communication and Restorative Association to deliver an insightful lecture on restorative justice for our staff. In the session, he revisited the core principles of restorative justice and illustrated practical applications of restorative language and compassionate communication in the workplace. The talk provided fresh perspectives for aligning correctional management with current judicial trends.
