Taichung Detention Center,Agency of Corrections,Ministry of Justice held the 108-year prevention of drunk driving traffic security lecture

First,the event time: June 12^th 9:30 to 10:30,2019

Second,the event location: Inculcation Room of Taichung Detention Center,Agency of Corrections,Ministry of Justice

Third,the event purpose:

• In order to reduce the cases of drunk driving,and enhance the correct traffic security concepts of our inmates,we arranged the expert to hold the prevention of drunk driving traffic security lecture,with the spirit of“ prevention is always better than cure”,helping whole society toward the goal of“zero drunk driving”.
• Fourth,the event content:The zero-duration of drunk driving has become society consensus,in addition,the member of drunk driving inmates has increased year by year,we planned to invite Huang Jun Tao, the former traffic head of Chunghua County Police Department,to attend the prevention of drunk driving traffic security lecture.The amount of inmate’s attendance was 274, the lecturer taught many useful traffic security knowledge by his practical experience,to let the inmates know the serious consequences of drunk driving.
• The lecturer also mentioned that the latest Amendment of drunk driving punishment which just passed three-reading procedure this year.If someone driving while intoxicated who caused another one to death,he/she shall be sentenced a maximum to life imprisonment.He called for the inmates to notice,and had to alert themselves that they shouldn’t drive while intoxicated.
