Taichung Detention Center,Agency of Corrections,Ministry of Justice held 108-year“Three-strikes law”educational training and propaganda
First,the event time: June 26th 16:00 to 17:00,and July 1^st 09:30 to 11:00,2019
Second,the event location: Inculcation Room and Briefing Room of Taichung Detention Center,Agency of Corrections,Ministry of Justice
Third,the event purpose:
The felonry criminals who received harsh sentences were not allowed to parole (Criminal Code of the Republic of China Art. 77-2.2) that was the massive reforms of the 95-year Criminal Code of the Republic of China,in order to enhance the related knowledge to our staffs and the inmates,we arranged the counsels and Taichung Branch of Legal Aid Foundation professional lawyer to teach the related regulations and share the special cases.
Fourth,the event content:

1. As for the educational training,we asked our counsels to explain the law regulations about“The felonry criminals who received harsh sentences were not allowed to parole”and share the special cases with the ppt , letting our staffs to know the related regulations, so as to facilitate the implementation and counseling measures at June 26^th,2019.
2. As for the inmates promotion,we invited Taichung Branch of Legal Aid Foundation lawyer LIANG HUI ZHI to hold the“felonry criminals who received harsh sentences were not allowed to parole”speech,the amount of inmate’s attendance was 235.He gave the speech about the amending law,to let them know the related rights at July 1^st,2019.
