“The timely rain program of supporting the intensive-concern inmates’family ”is the economic assistance and entertainment activity that was enacted by Agency of Corrections,which was to take care of the low-income household.

Fourth,the event content:
In order to get more understanding and keep in touch between the inmates and their family members,this program starts to proceed the Outreach Service. therefore,we can know the stories between the inmates and their family.
Below is the statement of our social worker.”These stories often make me touch and sad,no matter what mistakes the inmates made,which caused their family extremely angry and disappointed,however,as long as they still meet and continuously communicate ,their family autually love and care for the inmates.Some inmates conceal the truth of entering into prison,and lie about working abroad.Its original intention is for the sake of kids’expect not to cause their shadow.Other inmates’old parents even misunderstand their children were framed,and they hope their children would come home soon.This contains much love and distressed,in the prison I can see the humanity kindness and family’s love. I know one inmate who give me the deep impression:A-Jun’s 80 years old mother.She has poor health,economic constraints, insufficient intelligence and illiterate.After A-Jun enter the prison,he lost the contect of his mother,therefore, the social worker becomes the only connect between the inmate and his old mother. At the household interview,his mother dragged my hand and says,”My child is obedient and filial piety,he is bullied and deceived.When does he go home?”The old mother requests the Chief of Village,the doctor the neighbors and me to let A-Jun go home as soon as possible,that is mother’s love toward ther child.Because I am the only connect between both sides,so the old mother trust me whole-heartedly.She gives me her seal,IDcard and passbook,and I takes this uncomfortable elder to the district office, household office and village chief office,to collect the economic subsidy information,in the meanwhile,I hears the old mother tells A-Jun’s growing story,hearing and keeping shorten the distance between the old mother and me.”
The timely rain program of supporting the intensive-concern inmates’family ”is the project of “the program of innovate family support and rescue family”,this program breaks the fence of High wall culture,to extend the social worker’s work out from the prison,and actually walks into the family to hear their voice,at the same time,it can construct the family relationship and support system.It proves once again that the power of family support can cause the magic effect to each inmate.Because the power can lower the lonely pressure of prison,and increase the success probability of back-to-society,in addition,it can also cause the buffer effect to recidivism rate.What the social worker does is “sincerely treating”,”unconditionally positive care”,and ”right empathy”,letting the change naturally happens.Because each person is the expert to solve their own question.
